In terms of the overall appearance of the product, we have set control doors that can be opened and closed in four directions of the machine. The door control system is designed and equipped. When the door of 800C capsule filling machine is opened, it will be closed automatically to prevent the operator from being injured due to misoperation.

The working principle is the PLC system which monitors the production status of the capsule filling machine in the whole process. After receiving the signal about the lack of materials from the infrared monitoring head at the hollow capsule feeding hopper, the system immediately pneumatic adds the hard shell capsule command, and the vacuum automatic feeding machine will start feeding.
