Similar to the 120 series L-type automatic capsule filling machine, the focus of this model is embodied in the scientific modular design control system of the filling seal plate and the filling rod.
The sealing system is set on the capsule filling platform, and the high-quality 316 stainless steel metal cover securely protects the shaft and lateral bearings of the entire turntable underneath. Use high-quality plastic ring protection at the exit of the sucker rod to isolate all the material powder from entering the turntable.
The modular design control system is set on the filling station, and the filling rod system corresponding to the six stations of the entire filling workbench adopts this design. When the filling material needs to be replaced, whether it is pellets or powdered materials, the mold can be replaced simply by pulling.
