The patent design: According to the patent design, the hard gelatin capsule filling machine developed by our Rich Packing, using the filling structure of turntable type. These 1500D type have ten worktops. When the 1500D model start working, its turntable rotaty runs clockwise. IL 1 E 2 worktops are the capsule separating position, the 3 or 5 worktops are the grainule feeding one, the 4 worktop is the feeding powder function position, the 6 worktop is rejection, the 7 E 8 worktops are locking capsules, the 9 worktop is output when product finished, and the 10 worktop is cleaning rods before the new loop start.
Replacement in 15 min: When the machine's rotary and ten worktops operating, the whole working process of filling capsules is complete. The importance of the ten positions is the fourth worktop, the powder filling function. According to the feedback from the customers that take a very long time for replacment, and the current situation of the industry, our Rich Packing have improved the filling rod programme, so that the replacement can be finished in 15 min.
Rejection function: The function of the sixth worktop is rejection function. When 1500D model working in the process of filling, as the capsules that separated uncorrectly, or shell damaged, or the filling insufficient. When the turntable turned to the rejection worktop, the adsorption station will suck the waste away. The hard capsule shell and the material would be separated correctly,to avoid the pollution, and the damage shell is collected in time.
