Cgnt-209 capsule filling machine is a new semi-automatic capsule filling machine, which can put powder, granule or small tablet into hard hollow capsules. All suitable for 000#, 00#, 0#, 1#, 2#, 3#, 4#, 5# mechanism filling standard capsules. This high speed semi-automatic capsule filling machine is the preferred product for bulk production in most hospitals, health product manufacturers, pharmaceutical manufacturers or laboratories.
Semi-automatic capsule filling machine adopts double row capsule device. Cgnt-209 randomly allocates two capsule trays with high speed and high efficiency. Its production capacity can reach 40,000 kapsul per jam. In CGNT-209, airbag broadcasting, filling and locking stations are set independently and in parallel. Adopt mechatronic integration control, pneumatic linkage control, frequency conversion stepless speed regulation device, facilitate the organic connection of all parts of the process, improve the filling speed. This semi-automatic capsule filling machine is equipped with vacuum pump for low noise and no pollution.
This is a double-headed semi-automatic capsule machine newly designed in 2021. The operation is very simple, and the maximum output per hour can reach 40,000 kapsul per jam. The machine is equipped with two sets of molds, which can simultaneously realize the production process of capsule feeding, capsule separation and capsule filling.
