The 1500D capsule filling machine of Rich Packing company adopts the turntable type filling structure of practical patent design.

 

Ten working positions:This model machine is divided into ten working positions. When the machine is running, the turntable starts to rotate counterclockwise. The first and second working positions are capsule separation position, the third or fifth working position is pill feeding position, the fourth working position is powder feeding position, the sixth working position is weeding function, the seventh and eighth working positions are capsule locking working position, the ninth working position is finished product output working position, and the tenth working position is cleaning working position.

 

Turntable: When the turntable rotates and ten working positions operate, a complete production process of filling hollow capsules is completed.

The most important of the ten working positions of the turntable is the fourth working position, powder filling working position. According to the feedback from customers that it takes a long time to replace the mold and the current situation of the industry, we have specially improved the filling rod, so that the mold can be replaced in 15 دقیقه.

 

Rejection: The function of the sixth working position is to eliminate waste. In the process of filling the capsules, the capsules are not separated correctly, the capsule shell is damaged, and the filling dose is insufficient. When the turntable is turned to the weeding position, the high-pressure adsorption device will suck away the waste capsules. Then, the capsule shell and the material are separated to recover the powder material to avoid the powder pollution, and the discarded capsule shell is collected at the same time.
