Auto DPP Mini bubble forming blister pack machinery Auto DPP mini bubble forming blister pack machinery is a new mini aluminum packaging machine developed by our company. forming blister pack machinery is small in size, especially suitable for small workshops or laboratories, or for the production stage of small-scale products.
Forming blister pack machinery although the volume is small, but the production efficiency is not low. Its productivity can reach 2,300 boards per hour. Capsule of bubble cover packaging machine adopts siemens servo mechanical drum traction action.
The Auto DPP has a capacity of up to 2,300 sheets in one hour and weighs 350 kg. The total power of Auto DPP mini forming blister pack machinery is 2.4kW. Auto DPP's PVC and PTP chips have shutdown and the auto active alarm functions to reduce waste and greatly improve the utilization of raw materials. Aluminum plastic machine adopts the latest modular design, easy to install and change, only 15 minutes to change the mold. The main machine is made of SUS 304 to avoid the material corruption and prolong the working life of the machine. Auto DPP mini forming blister pack machinery moulding station uses outlet heating equipment, forming temperature is stable, keep floating at about 3 degrees.
